How do I install the Slimes Adventure modpack? +
The easiest way is using the Modrinth App or CurseForge App. Simply search for "Slimes Adventure", click install, and you're ready to go! For manual installation, download the .mrpack or .zip file from our official pages and import it into your preferred launcher.
Which Minecraft version and loader are used? +
Slimes Adventure is currently running on Minecraft 1.21.1 using the Fabric Mod Loader. This ensures the best performance and compatibility with the latest features.
How do I join the official multiplayer server? +
The server is pre-added to your server list! If you need to add it manually, use the IP: slimes-adventure.com. Make sure you are using the correct version of the modpack to avoid connection issues.
How much RAM should I allocate to the game? +
We recommend allocating 6 GB to 8 GB of RAM for a smooth experience. Allocating less than 4 GB might cause crashes, while more than 10 GB can actually decrease performance due to Java garbage collection.
Are shaders and minimaps allowed? +
Yes! Client-side mods like shaders (Iris/Sodium are included), minimaps, and inventory organizers are fully allowed. However, any mods that provide an unfair advantage (like X-Ray or auto-clickers) are strictly prohibited.
What should I do if my game crashes? +
First, ensure you have the latest version of the modpack and Java 21 installed. If it still crashes, head over to our Discord Server and create a support ticket. Be sure to include your crash log!
Can I use OptiFine with this modpack? +
We do not recommend using OptiFine. The pack already includes Sodium and Iris, which provide much better performance and shader support for modern Minecraft versions. OptiFine is known to cause many bugs and crashes with Fabric.
